"Before I joined the AWE program, I was running a company I had no business running, no passion, no joy and just hustling for the money and I'd loathe Mondays and most days.

After I joined the AWE program, I managed to turn my love, the "side hustle" into a real business which pays me and now I derive so much satisfaction from this 'beauty transformation' business.
I've learned that the most successful business is one which resonates with the interests of the owner, one of my many takeaways [from AWE] is how to align skill, passion and profitable demand to run a successful business.

I've learned to build a scalable business model, expanding my reach without compromising the quality of my services.

Understanding the financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, managing cash flow, and overall financial management is something of tremendous value to my business.
