1. If your are 15min late there will be a $15 late fee charge regardless. I deal with this constantly which cuts into the next person appointment time. 🤷🏽‍♀️

2. If you didn’t book it I can’t do it.
Example: wash, beads, loose hair, changing colors (Peekaboo), EXTRA LONG Hair etc. 😊

4. If it take 30-40min detangling your hair there will be a $25 up charge again you’re cutting into the next appointments time. 🫶🏽

5. If you don’t see a time where you can book contact me and I’ll try my best to work something out. 💪🏽
