✨🌟 Important Announcement: Updates & Policies 🌟✨

I'd like to take a moment to inform you about two important updates regarding my lash extension services. ✨

1️⃣ Price Update: As you know, I am committed to providing you with the highest quality extensions and exceptional service. Since I've begun taking clients, I have made significant investments in improving my skills and sourcing the best products to ensure your lashes look stunning every time. This, along with the significant increase in demand, unfortunately has led to an increase in operational costs. To continue offering you the best lash experience, I have made the decision to adjust my prices to reflect exactly that. I assure you that the value you receive from my services justifies the adjustment. The new prices will take effect starting May 1st, 2024, and will not apply to any prior scheduled appointments! I appreciate your understanding and continued support endlessly, and am excited to continue moving forward! ✨

2️⃣ New Appointment Cancellation Policy: I value your time and want to provide the best service to all of my amazing clients. Starting May 1st, 2024, I will be implementing a new appointment cancellation policy. I do kindly request that you give me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will enable me to accommodate other clients who may be on my wait list. Failure to provide sufficient notice or repeated cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. I truly believe this policy will help me better serve you and ensure that all of my clients receive the attention they deserve. 🩷

I truly appreciate your loyalty and understanding as I navigate these changes. With all this being said, I will also be providing punch cards as well as my own business cards (for everyone that's been asking)! My goal forever remains to make you feel beautiful and confident with my lash extensions, and I will continue to go above and beyond to exceed all expectations. ✨
