Starting today, I’ll be implementing an 8-hour cancellation/rescheduling notice for all appointments.

I truly appreciate every client who chooses to book with me, and this policy helps protect the time I’ve set aside for each appointment. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows make it difficult to fill those spots and impact my schedule.

Here’s how it works:
• Please provide at least 8 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Appointments canceled with less than 8 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
