I've been adding more weight to my lifts lately.🏋️‍♀️ Yesterday after my workout I was thirsty 💧but I reached over to sip on a shrimp broth that my younger brother made for dinner. It was the most savory satiety I experienced with something so simple. I literally drank 2 bowls of it and I could feel every cell in my body just soak it up.
