We closed on our Arizona home šŸ  I can’t believe it and honestly get a little emotional. I never thought I would live in a house like this. I’m so incredibly grateful.

Today was also my 6 year BB anniversary - I can’t believe I’ve been blessed to work at a place I love for this long. The growth is unreal. I was talking to a client today about how we started with like 3 facials, lashes, and a laser - and here we are lol.

Don’t mind me - I’ll just be teary eyed every day from here on out because my last day is in ONE MONTH šŸ˜šŸ’•

ā€œI wear sunscreen every day.ā€

First off—that’s music to my ears šŸŽ¶ BUT… are you reapplying??

Especially if it’s a pool day, vacation, sporting event, or you’re spending hours outside. And especially during peak UV, at higher altitudes, or around water, snow, or sand where UV exposure can be intensified by reflection.

Because sunscreen isn’t really a put-it-on-at-8am-and-forget-about-it kind of product.

ā˜€ļø If you’re outdoors, reapply about every 2 hours—and after swimming, sweating, or toweling off.
& I get it—I don’t love reapplying a creamy SPF either, especially when I have makeup on. Which is why I keep an SPF powder in my bag for easy touch-ups (and also my visor if I’m out all day because I’m extra šŸ˜‚).

Important little SPF science note: powders are great for convenient touch-ups, but I wouldn’t rely on a powder as my only sunscreen. It’s difficult to apply enough powder to get the level of protection listed on the label. Start your day with a generous, even layer of broad-spectrum SPF 30+ and think of your powder as an easy way to supplement your protection throughout the day.

And if you’re starting to think about skin longevity, sunscreen is one of the least glamorous—but most important—things you can do.

UV exposure → DNA damage + oxidative stress → collagen breakdown + pigmentation + premature skin aging.

You can buy all the peptides, retinoids, growth factors, antioxidants, and fancy treatments you want…but protecting your skin from the thing actively damaging it every day should probably come first. 🧬

Protect the collagen you already have. Protect your DNA. Reapply your SPF. ā¤ļø

A common skin concern from my fair-skinned clients who struggle with acne is PIE (post inflammatory erythema). Unfortunately PIE takes a little more time and probably some different ingredients / treatments than what you are currently doing. Want to fast track it?? Comment ā€œPIEā€ & I’ll give you my top products & treatments for this!

The fact that this lipgloss stays on all day might be hurting my chances for kisses 😘 🤪

Revision SkincareĀ® youthful lip replenisher is truly the GOAT!

If you’ve seen one of us beauty bus gals, it’s in all of our scrub pockets šŸ˜‚ we LOVE this product! Lip skin is extremely thin, so they can become dry a little faster! It also has a rapid cellular turnover rate which impacts moisture levels. Here are some reasons why I love this product!!
- hyaluronic acid helps to provide intense hydration and look more full
- immediate plump and smoothing effect
- helps enhance shape and definition (like the Cupid’s bow)
- antioxidants defend against environmental stressors. Lips age, just like the rest of our skin — this helps to prevent that ā¤ļø
- LONG LASTING formula locks in these benefits

It’s national vitamin C day and I must talk about my fav vitamin C on the market (and after going through this masters- honestly it’s a nonnegotiable for people really leaning into the skin longevity movement).

šŸŠC+ Correcting Complex is hands down the best vitamin c (uses highest % of THD ascorbate- 150x superior than L-Ascorbic acid). THD is superior because it is skin mimicking, making it much more compatible.

šŸ’„decreases the ROS in your skin from blue light (your phone you are always staring at), pollution (no way around it), second hand smoke, urban dust, etc. why do you care? ROS not only leads to faster aging due to collagen breakdown - it causes cellular damage.
šŸ’„stimulates skins natural defenses & defends against free radicals by helping your skin against the suns devil rays! Basically it amplifies your sun protection (but at a much more complicated level than just ā€œnot burningā€).
šŸ’„increases natural collagen production (4x more with this specific THD %) and helps maintain elastin (elastin is really hard to maintain/ increase due to solar elastosis - another reason to wear vit c and spf). Specifically collagens IV, VII, and laminin-5 that all help structural support (bye bye lines)
šŸ’„pre and postbiotic tech for that skin microbiome (more essential than you know and even more complicated that there are lots of studies going on right now) to help support it for long term skin health.
šŸ’„pH is skin neutral - even my sensitive girlies can handle this one! I don’t think people realize how hard it is to pe*****te the skin. Traditionally, other vit c have a low pH to force its way into the skin (often causing irritation). THD ascorbate is lipid soluble and skin pH neutral, allowing your skin to eat it up without barrier discomfort.
šŸ’„brighten, correct redness, even tone, & increase radiance

BLT with a Pickle - brighten lighten tighten & protect (antioxidant)

Proof is in the pudding and not many skincare brands can back it up. Why? Because it’s EXPENSIVE to show your products actually work. Revision skincare is backed with almost 100 rigorous studies. $50k-$400k per study.

$176. 180 pumps. DM to bump up your skin longevity game!

Already a month and we’re still soaking it in! We had the pleasure of getting some much needed photos with the grandparents while they were in town a couple weeks ago ā¤ļø having moments like these captured is priceless. Lauren said ā€œa lot of life has happened in just a few yearsā€. She’s not wrong!! She captured our engagements in ā€˜22, our wedding in ā€˜23, our first girl Arlie in ā€˜24, and now our second girl Delilah in ā€˜26 (along with a lot of in between). The last 5 years have been what I dreamed about when I was a little girl.

Pigment can be tricky, but with a licensed professional - we can select the right treatments and products to make your skin shine bright ✨ DM me for recommendations ā¤ļø I’d love to help!! Also, look at my page for some pinned posts to see other people who struggled with pigment šŸ’ā€ā™€ļø not all pigment is the same and I treat it differently based off multiple factors.
