It’s national vitamin C day and I must talk about my fav vitamin C on the market (and after going through this masters- honestly it’s a nonnegotiable for people really leaning into the skin longevity movement).

🍊C+ Correcting Complex is hands down the best vitamin c (uses highest % of THD ascorbate- 150x superior than L-Ascorbic acid). THD is superior because it is skin mimicking, making it much more compatible.

💥decreases the ROS in your skin from blue light (your phone you are always staring at), pollution (no way around it), second hand smoke, urban dust, etc. why do you care? ROS not only leads to faster aging due to collagen breakdown - it causes cellular damage.
💥stimulates skins natural defenses & defends against free radicals by helping your skin against the suns devil rays! Basically it amplifies your sun protection (but at a much more complicated level than just “not burning”).

Already a month and we’re still soaking it in! We had the pleasure of getting some much needed photos with the grandparents while they were in town a couple weeks ago ❤️ having moments like these captured is priceless. Lauren said “a lot of life has happened in just a few years”. She’s not wrong!! She captured our engagements in ‘22, our wedding in ‘23, our first girl Arlie in ‘24, and now our second girl Delilah in ‘26 (along with a lot of in between). The last 5 years have been what I dreamed about when I was a little girl.

A dear friend struggles with eczema on her body. She reached out in hopes of getting it under control. Just a few of my fav things that I don’t sell at the BB!

-crown affairs hair wrap: gentle on my hair, dries faster, obsessed with the elastic fastener.
-loop earplugs: I have the switch which has 3 volume adjustments, I credit these with surviving the newborn screams lol. they just help to bring down the decibels around you.
-bodyguardz blue light converter: a screen protector that protects more than just your phone! It decreases your blue light exposure that, yes, ages your skin faster. On top of that it is providing you with a beneficial red light using a quantum dot technology! the easiest selfcare I’ve ever done.
-native body wash: I flip between this scent and the cashmere. Looooove and safe for my acne prone skin. Plant based and free of harmful chemicals!
-krewe sunglasses: finally keeping these eyes safe and protecting my skin from wrinkling as much in this area. Obsessed with the side profile and protection.
-spf detection mirror: this allows me to make sure my spf is still working and applied all over! Great for days when you’re outside a lot. Also has a regular mirror side.
-dae hair tamer: this keeps my flyaways tamed and is the best for a slick hair back style! Also smells so good!
-bluestone sunshield: completely protects you from UV rays. If your in the car a lot, if you just had a procedure and can’t wear spf (aka anything ablative or penetrating your skin), if you are a pool or beach bum- this needs to be your bff.
-lume deodorant: I like the lavender sage scent. pH optimized and can be used anywhere on the body! It’s aluminum free and actually keeps me smelling good through the Texas summer and hormonal fluctuations with pregnancy. It actually disrupts bacterial activity due to the mandelic acid in it!
