Naturally Healthy Living

I am a full-time at home mommy and wife to my wonderful family, and have always been excited about being healthy and learning new ways to promote the well being of my loved ones. I grew up learning healthy habits and hope to teach my young ones to enjoy making good health choices. I specialize in educating about essential oils, and I have used these myself and with my family, so I know they work and am excited to teach others how to use them. Additionally, there are many other ways a person can choose to lead a healthy lifestyle, and I will be sharing tidbits and tips to benefit those who desire to learn how to live an active, healthy life. I want to encourage others to share their experiences and questions on this page, and hopefully myself or someone else can learn from or help answer them! With that said, I just want to be clear that I do consider the current advances in medicine and medicinal technology to be a blessing that should be used when necessary. It is wise to pursue the advice of professional medical personnel if the situation calls for it. Lastly, and most importantly, I believe that good health is a blessing from the Lord. He calls us to be good stewards of what He has blessed us with, including our bodies and abilities. Poor health or illnesses are an indirect (and sometimes direct) result of Sin, and until He comes again, they are a reality we must face during our time here on earth. However, the Lord has provided healing for the most devastating illness of all - Sin - through the sacrifice of His Son, Jesus Christ. Through Christ we can be redeemed and have the opportunity to be truly healed and spend eternity in Heaven.
