After lots of reflection, I have made the decision to deactivate this account and to just change the name on my page, @ Jennie Does Hair to TX Roots. By Jan 1st, 2026 I will have fully transitioned into the TX Roots name.

🌿 A Message from Jennie (aka Jennie Does Hair)

Hey there, beloved Texas Roots family, friends, and clients 💛

It’s been a while since the closing of Texas Roots Salon & Spa back in April, and I wanted to personally share an update with you all.

Before closing, the owners graciously passed the Texas Roots name to me — a gesture I’m deeply honored by. I’ve since taken the steps to register my own business, get everything in order with the state, and I’m now preparing to bring the Texas Roots name back to life in a new way.

For now, I’m still working independently as I continue to build my clientele and lay the foundation for what I hope will one day become a new Texas Roots salon location.

As part of this transition, I’ll be merging my personal page — Jennie Does Hair — with the TX Roots Salon & Spa social media pages so that everyone can stay connected in one place.

Your continued support means the world to me, and I can’t thank you enough for being part of this journey. Stay tuned for updates, new content, and the next chapter of Texas Roots! 🌿
