Celebrating my 10th year on Facebook. Thank you for your continuing support. I could never have made it without you. 🙏🤗🎉

In our pursuit of success, recognition, or personal dreams, we often find ourselves chasing after what shines brightly but ultimately fades away—those stars in the night sky. We set our sights on what we can see, believing that fulfillment lies in what we can grasp or attain. Yet, in doing so, we forget that the One who created those stars is the true source of our light.

The stars are beautiful, but they are not the destination; they are mere reflections of God’s greatness. When we chase them, we risk missing the One who holds them in His hands, the One whose purpose for our lives far exceeds anything the world can offer. We can get so caught up in the glittering allure of fleeting goals or empty validations that we neglect to acknowledge the eternal, unwavering presence of God.

Chasing stars may bring temporary satisfaction, but it can never satisfy the deeper longing within us. The pursuit of God’s will, on the other hand, leads to lasting peace and purpose. His plans for us are greater than any earthly pursuit, and He has already positioned us in a place of immeasurable worth. All we need to do is stop chasing and start trusting.

When we shift our focus from the temporary shine of the stars to the Creator who designed them, our perspective changes. We stop living for the approval of others or the fleeting promises of success, and we start living for the glory of God. He is not just the One who holds the heavens; He holds our hearts, and that’s where true fulfillment begins.
