Treat yourself or a loved one to a relaxing spa experience. We strongly recommend that Spa appointments be arranged when booking your room reservations. Guests in-house may dial ext.152. If you have a request as to your provider, please mention this at the time of reservation as we schedule our services with the first available provider. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your service to allow for check-in, getting set in your locker, and to enjoy a heated neck wrap while you settle in before your service. GRATUITIES & FEES

Complimentary use of robe, slippers, and lockers are provided for all Spa guests. Although a locker will be provided for your use, we request that you leave your valuables at home or in your hotel room or safe. Our staff is professionally trained in proper draping to ensure your modesty is never compromised. CANCELLATION NOTICE
Your spa time is held exclusively for you and your service provider. For this reason, we respectfully request a 24-hour cancellation policy. Guests who cancel with less than 24-hours' notice or do not show for scheduled appointment, will be charged 50% of the total treatment price. A credit card number is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. MEDICAL CONCERNS / SAFETY
We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your Spa experience, such as pregnancy, high blood pressure. Please avoid sun exposure for a few hours following skin-care treatments. SOME OTHER SPA TIPS
