As most people know about me I have been an entrepreneur for my entire adult life. I have many business ventures. This topic caught my attention as I’ve recently cemented the fact I will NO longer do business with any friends and family who expect something from my businesses.

People who work a 9-5 or corporate job work every day to expect a check at the end of their work week with no cuts but somehow expect entrepreneurs to give discounts as if we don’t have family’s and bills to take care of.

I do not get any traditional retirements, I MAKE MY RETIREMENT, I do not get paid days off, I take off with NO pay, I do not have company paid medical, and I am a single mother of TWO.

So starting today, please understand the question will never be “how much is it for ME?” The price is the price and I completely understand anyone who chooses someone else. No I can’t do you a solid, no you can’t get anything for FREE and no our friendship or family bond do not trump how I run my business nor feed my family.

Any other entrepreneurs out there understand this or also have implemented this?
