FINALLY Introducing the newest member of Silk Sunless, and my very first employee, Claire 🤎

This business means more to me than I could ever put into words, and so do the people who trust me with their time, their stories and their confidence. Because of that, choosing the right person to bring into this space was something I took very seriously.

From the minute Claire walked into the studio, she brightened up the entire place. She always has a smile on her face, is eager to help and genuinely wants to learn and grow. Her energy felt right from the beginning, and I’m so excited for all of you to get to know her.

After five years in business, I’ve learned that you can build something on your own, but you can’t always continue growing on your own. Sometimes growth means allowing the right people to stand beside you, support the foundation you’ve worked so hard to create and help you build even more from it. And don’t worry. I’m not going anywhere! This next chapter simply means more support, more availability and more room for Silk Sunless to continue growing while still holding onto everything that has made this space so special.

Eeek! I get so excited when your friends, fiancé, coworkers, family members or a new friend is referred to me by you!! This client was referred to me by his amazing fiancée, who I looove to chat with and spray tan, wanting to brighten his smile before their wedding next week! We were pleased with the lift from his first session, but he wanted to take it a little further, so we added a touch-up session today and these results speak for themselves. Next up is his clear spray tan on Monday! I’m so excited for them🤩🤍

I’ve rewritten this caption a hundred times because I honestly never thought I would have to make this post. 🥺

Saying goodbye to The Glow Bar is hard. I’ve spent the last four years building this business and creating something I’m truly proud of under that name. This change wasn’t expected or wanted, but I’m choosing to look at it as the beginning of something even bigger.

ARE YOU A 2026 or 2027 BRIDE?! -> One thing I always recommend is treating your bridal trial like it’s your wedding day. Schedule it for an event where you’ll be wearing white such as your shower, engagement photos, bachelorette, or rehearsal dinner. It gives you the chance to see exactly how your color photographs, how it looks with your dress, and how it wears throughout the week.

Before your trial appointment, I also recommend reaching out to your makeup artist and asking if they prefer you to have your face sprayed or not. Every artist has their own preference, and knowing ahead of time helps us create the perfect plan for your wedding day.

I also recommend keeping your glow consistent for each bridal event. As we go, we can make little adjustments to your custom mix or add an extra layer if you decide you want to be a touch lighter or darker for the wedding. By the time your big day arrives, there’s no guessing! We already know exactly what you love and what hits best for your day. ✨
