The services ranges from haircuts, roller sets, color, perm etc. You must be comfortable with all hair types. The pay is 70% of the service rendered. You will be hired as an independent contractor whereby the facility your working in is your business and will be your responsible for all the services the residents want. You have to be comfortable with working with all types of hair and men and women haircuts, you will be performing perms, relaxers, color etc. The salary is based on percentage, you will receive 70% of the price of each service you provide which would allow you to make as much money as possible without having a cap on your income.
