I rarely wear face mask simply because I am not out of the house that frequently these days (working from home, kids are at home, etc.). But if you are wearing them everyday, you might need to change up your skin care routine.

Prolonged wear can exacerbate skin issues, but there are plenty of things you can do to protect your .

A few things to consider:
1. Use a serum daily as the first product you apply on your skin after it’s been cleansed. My recommendation: Replenishing Serum +C. Get a dose of Vitamin C deep into the layers of your skin. Combine this with our Vitamin C squares for added benefits!

2. Moisturize. Moisturize. Moisturize. (Especially with SPF in the day and a specific nighttime formula for the evenings.) My recommendation: Day and Night Cream from the TimeWise 3D set. If you need a little extra moisturization, add in the Moisture Renewing Gel Mask. (A non-irritating mask for this!)

3. Use a light coat of or only where needed.

4. Apply finishing spray to your face and to areas of the mask where you might experience chafing. I’ve noticed this under my eyes just above my cheekbones.

5. Once you can take that mask off, relax and soothe that undereye area with Mary Kay’s Hydrogel Eye Patches.
