“Let’s talk about this 👀✨
Cupping under the armpit after lipo isn’t random — it’s intentional.

This area holds a lot of trapped fluid + inflammation after surgery. By using cupping here, we’re helping to:
• pull stagnant fluid out
• reduce swelling + pressure
• improve lymphatic flow
• prevent buildup that can turn into fibrosis

This is how we keep results SMOOTH, not lumpy.

Healing is a process… and details like this matter 💫

🖐🏾Reasons You’re Not Seeing Results After Surgery!

You didn’t invest all that money just to play with your results… let’s be real. 👀

If you’re not seeing the results you expected after surgery, it’s usually not the surgery… it’s what happens AFTER.

Your aftercare matters.
Your consistency matters.
Your discipline matters.

Skipping massages, eating anything, not wearing your faja correctly, doing too much too soon… all of that will delay your results.

Healing is a process — not a quick fix.

If you want snatched, smooth, healed results… you have to move like it. ✨

Follow for real post-op education that helps you heal quicker, smarter, safer, and better.

Same body… just handled with discipline, consistency, and the right hands ✨

The first five photos?
Early post-op: swelling, fluid retention, inflammation, and uneven texture.

The last two?
Refined. Snatched. Defined.

But let’s talk about what REALLY got her here…

This client:
✔️ Stayed consistent with her massages for a FULL YEAR
✔️ Wore her faja for a year+
✔️ Ate clean & supported her healing
✔️ Started working out when her body was ready

And the result? 👀
Waist went from 36 inches → 22 inches
While still maintaining her curves and building muscle.

Let me be clear…

This was ONLY a Lipo 360 case.
No shortcuts. No magic. No second surgery.

Just real aftercare + real discipline.

Everybody wants “snatched”…
but not everybody is willing to do what it takes to stay that way.

If you’re serious about your results, move accordingly 💜
Luxury results require luxury commitment.

When I say get intentional about your healing this is what I mean!

What you’re looking at here is very common after surgery… but a lot of people don’t understand it.

This is post-op swelling, fluid retention, and early fibrosis (that uneven, lumpy, slightly hardened texture under the skin).
You may also notice skin laxity and mild inflammation, especially in areas like the waist, back, and thighs.

This does NOT mean your results are ruined.
It means your body is still healing.

After procedures like lipo or a tummy tuck, the body goes through stages:
• Swelling & fluid buildup
• Tissue hardening (fibrosis)
• Skin adjusting & tightening

Without proper aftercare, this can sit, harden, and become harder to smooth out over time.

✨ The good news? This is exactly what post-op care is for.

In my next video, I’m going to show you how I break this down, smooth it out, and help the body heal properly using targeted lymphatic techniques.

Because your results don’t just come from surgery…
They come from what you do AFTER.

You paid all that money for your BBL… just to sit on it? 😳

Yeah… no.

This right here is a BBL inflatable — and it’s not optional, it’s a MUST if you actually care about your results.

After a BBL, sitting directly on your butt can:
🚫 Flatten your results
🚫 Affect fat survival
🚫 Ruin your shape over time

This allows you to sit without putting pressure where it doesn’t belong 👏

✨ Protects your investment
✨ Helps maintain your shape
✨ Supports proper healing

Listen… your results don’t just come from surgery.
They come from what you do after.

Be disciplined or be disappointed.

This right here? A behind-the-scenes essential for post-op recovery.

Pair this with your massages, compression, hydration, and proper aftercare… and watch your body do what it’s supposed to do 💜

✨ POST-OP TIP YOU DON’T WANT TO LEARN THE HARD WAY ✨

The moment you lock in your surgery date…
your aftercare should already be planned.

Too many people wait until AFTER surgery to book their lymphatic massages and then panic when there’s no availability 😩

🚨 Here’s the truth:
Post-op care is NOT something you “figure out later.”
It’s part of your results.

The first few weeks after surgery are CRITICAL for:
• Reducing swelling
• Preventing fluid buildup (seromas)
• Supporting proper healing
• Avoiding complications like fibrosis or poor results

If you wait too long, you risk:
⚠️ Delayed healing
⚠️ Increased swelling & discomfort
⚠️ Limited availability with quality providers
⚠️ Compromising your final results

💡 Luxury results require intentional planning.
You invested thousands into your body — don’t fumble the healing process.

✔️ Book your massages in advance
✔️ Secure your spot with a trusted provider
✔️ Have your recovery plan READY before surgery day

Because the girls who plan ahead…
heal quicker, smoother, and better ✨

🚨 EDUCATIONAL POST – THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE LOOKING AT 🚨

This is a post-operative abdominal incision site following cosmetic surgery.

What you’re seeing:
✨ A lower abdominal incision (commonly from a tummy tuck / lipo procedure)
✨ Areas of delayed healing
✨ Darkened tissue and scabbing along the incision line
✨ Signs of compromised skin integrity

⚠️ LET’S TALK ABOUT NECROSIS ⚠️

The dark/blackened areas along this incision may indicate skin necrosis.

Necrosis = tissue death
This occurs when the skin is not receiving enough blood flow and oxygen.

Common causes:
❌ Excess tension on the incision
❌ Poor circulation
❌ Infection
❌ Smoking / low oxygen levels
❌ Improper aftercare
❌ Faja that is too tight or incorrect compression

🚨 WHY THIS IS SERIOUS 🚨

When necrosis develops, the body cannot heal that tissue normally.

This can lead to:
• Open wounds
• Infection
• Delayed healing
• More prominent scarring
• Possible need for medical intervention or revision

⏳ GENERAL HEALING TIMELINE ⏳

Every body heals differently, but here’s a general guide:

Week 1–2:
• Swelling, bruising, tenderness
• Incision just beginning to close

Week 2–4:
• Scabbing + early tissue repair
• Mild itching, tightness
• Drainage should be decreasing

Week 4–6:
• Incision strengthening
• Swelling gradually improving
• Scar beginning to form

6–12 Weeks:
• Continued healing beneath the surface
• Scar starts to flatten and fade

3–6 Months+:
• Final scar maturation
• Full healing (internally + externally)
