This past Saturday, I had an opportunity to give back to our community with these gals thanks to Netarsha Ficklen aka Peaches.

We spent the early afternoon teaching younger girls how to defeat fear and replace it with confidence.

We also showed them how to take care of their body, heart, mind and soul through relaxation and self-care...massage therapy being one of the resources 😉!!

Finally, we taught them how to spur one another on through love.

Excited to be apart of this major movement in creating a strong physical and emotional foundation for our children in Lenawee County!
