About two years ago I started training in mesh integration systems. And because I’m a Virgo… and an obsessive perfectionist 🤣… I didn’t offer it until I felt like I had truly refined the technique.

This is a full beginning-to-end video of one of my partial mesh integration systems.

This method is amazing for clients with fragile hair or decreasing density. The mesh creates a supportive foundation that helps distribute the weight of the extensions and protect the natural hair.

For this install I used three layers of wefts, but intentionally kept the ends lighter. To me, the density on top should match the density on the bottom. If the ends are too thick, all you see are extensions.

I don’t want people saying, “I love your extensions.”

I want them saying, “Your hair looks amazing 🤩!

For my curious girls, here’s the quick breakdown. I charge per row for installation, and hair is a separate cost.

Maïté is wearing 3 bundles of 24” Kovi Hair Genius Wefts — $345 each.
Each bundle was actually a slightly different color to create that natural dimension and make the blend look super realistic.

Hair total: $1,035
2 traditional rows installed: $180 each = $360

Total for this look: $1,395

Also worth noting — the longer the hair, the more hair you usually need to keep everything looking full and blended.

Install appointments cost a little more than maintenance because they include cutting and shaping the extensions for the perfect blend… no mudflap mullets over here.

We used some long extensions that were past their prime (over a year old) to give a full ass blunt chop to my girl 😝😘
