The first 24 to 48 hours matter most. Keep brows completely dry (no sweat, no steam, no tears if you can help it), brush daily with a spoolie to hold the shape, and once you're past the 24 hour mark, apply a nourishing brow serum or oil.
A few things to avoid for the best results: skip face washes, cleansers, or makeup directly on the brows for 24 hours, stay out of saunas, steam rooms, and hot yoga for a couple days, and resist the urge to pick or over brush while the lamination settles.
