We have been told that we can reopen the salon. Please be patient with us as we have to navigate new circumstances and the new guidelines. We ask that you please be kind and respectful of our feelings as we have always been with yours! Please be advised that a lot of things have changed. Our safety and yours is of the upmost importance to us. Please read the following for our salon so that you know what is to be expected...

Clients of Panache please read these carefully and thoroughly for these are the new “guidelines” for pandemic hair!

We promise that all clients will be booked as soon as possible if you have not already been booked. As of now our earliest openings are the week of June 16th and we still have not been in contact with some of our clients so this is subject to change!

•please provide your own face mask! If you are not wearing one we CAN NOT have you enter the salon to provide a service for you! YOU MUST WEAR THE MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE SLAON!!

•If you DO NOT have an appointment please do not enter. You may book your appointment by contracting either myself or Katie!

•If you have arrived for your appointment and see that we are still with another client, we ask that you please wait in your car or outside until we have either text you or came out and gave you the “look”. If you would like to text us to let us know you are outside feel free to do so.

•We will need time to disinfect after each client so please give us time to do so!

•If you are sick, sneezing, coughing, fever or someone close to you such as a family member in your home is sick PLEASE RESCHEDULE (this includes sinus issues, really any type of sickness will not be allowed)

•be prepared to have your temperature taken.

•If you have a high temperature you will be asked to reschedule. If you or anyone that you live with or have been in contact with has been sick within the last 14 days you have to reschedule. You must immediately go wash your hands for a full 20 seconds with warm soap and water, then proceed to your stylist's station.

•PLEASE BE ADVISED there is a COVID 19 Pandemic fee applied to every service due to the high cost of additional supplies to keep us all safe and the hazards we will be exposed to!

•Some things will be completely different for yours and our safety.

•come ALONE or dependent must wait in the car for you. If you have joint appointments, only one at a time. Our waiting room is currently closed.

•showing up not following guidelines set in place, will result in a refusal of appointment.

•essentials ONLY

•We prefer at this time cash, checks, or other platforms such as cash app, PayPal and Venmo- but not required. You may still use your card.

•please bring your own cups and/or beverages at this time. Preferably cups with lids. Please be sure they leave with you. We are not responsible for your personal belongings.

•At this time we have chosen to NOT BLOW DRY HAIR or go full on style! We will towel dry it and style it the best we can! Seeing as how this is a virus spread through the air we do not feel it would be best at the time. The use of the over head air dryer will also not be used for the same reason! THIS IS ONLY TEMPORARY until we know more and feel more comfortable!

•please NO HUGS!! As much as we would love to give them we are still trying to practice social distancing! Just know once this is over we will give you the BIGGEST hug imaginable!!! We have missed you all soooo much!!!

•If none of these rules can be followed by you, if you have a mean and nasty attitude, if we feel like you are putting us or others in harms way we have the right to refuse you of any service.

understand that you are getting a service during a Global Pandemic. This won’t last forever. For now, what seems extreme measures, will be extreme!... but we are here for YOU! Your safety and makin you look your best are important to us! Thank you for your patience at this time and understanding that is this the new normal right now! WE LOVE AND APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!! ❕⚠️❕It is with a heavy heart that, due to the current pandemic we have decided to close our doors.
We feel that it is our responsibility to not only protect us and our clients but also our community! Our plan is to reopen April 3rd but since things can change drastically at any given time, this date is subject to change. If you have an appointment in the upcoming two weeks we will be in touch with you to reschedule (If you have an appointment with Katie today/Monday/Tuesday she is still going to see you). You will be our first priority when it comes to scheduling and if we have any clients who can push back your appointments we would greatly appreciate it.

Due to the increased closures and the CDC we would like to comply with what is being said and done to help lessen the spread of this nasty virus. As of now we are still open on a DAY TO DAY BASIS but we do ask that you keep us and our little ones in your thoughts as you enter our salon. Both Katie and myself have babies at home so with that being said PLEASE wash your hands as soon as you enter the salon. If you have been or been in contact with someone who was out of the country recently please keep make sure you quarantine for at least 14 days before you come into the salon. If you are feeling sick in anyway please reschedule your appointment. We are asking that only the person with the appointment comes, we love that y’all bring people with you but at this time we are trying to limit the amount of people we are in contact with at a time. We are doing our best and wiping down all surfaces with disinfectant wipes between each client, we are washing our hands more frequently and we taking every per caution in between that we know of to keep everyone as safe and disinfected as much as we can! Please be smart and mindful we know y’all don’t wanna miss a hair appointment but we will send you away and tell you to call and reschedule if you come in with any kind of sickness! We love y’all but not as much as we love our kiddos!! If we have you double booked we will be in contact with you to reschedule you as we each only want to have a total of 4 people in the salon at a time! We love you all and hope you understand! Good morning ladies and gentlemen. As some of you know that have been in the salon this past month we have decided to re-locate the salon. We had a great opportunity presented to us and we couldn't be happier about this move! We will be located at 322 Park Ave. SE right next to the newly remodeled train station and just a few doors down from the city barber! We can't wait for everyone to come in and check it out! Pics will be posted as soon as we have everything set up and looking good! We will be moving this weekend so if any of you have appointments this coming week and we haven't gotten in touch with you, we will be calling shortly! We hope everyone is as excited about this as we are and can't wait to start this new chapter in our business career!

good afternoon everyone!!! this is just a friendly reminder that I will be going out of town January 18-27 and my book is getting pretty full so if you need your hair done before the 18th please be sure to call me or the salon if not I will get you in when I come back!!
