Lately, when I’m in a funk, I slow down and think of what my body needs. Today instead of my normal morning yoga I decided to slow down and just do 20 min of light stretching, make my morning smoothie, drink a lot of water, and visit with my sister!

When that still didn’t feel like quite enough I cuddled up in bed with my kitties, put on a new show, and ate some of my favorite snacks 🖤

Normally I’m not a Christmas person but I’ve been trying to get in the holiday spirit this year!

I still am a grinch but I’ve figured out that I don’t hate Christmas- I love the lights, family time, and yummy food! ✨ I just hate what Christmas has become with the stress and presents
