The progress of lip filler! Please know this is a general progress of lip filler. Everyone heals different! Swelling and bruising are possible. If you do not bruise one time this does not mean you will not next time! Give the lips 2 full weeks to heal and settle in. Risks include vascular occlusion (V/O), bruising, swelling. In case a V/O occurs make sure your provider has Hylenex to dissolve. It might take a couple rounds of dissolver to resolve and follow up will be required.

✅Plan on 7 days of swelling
✅The first 72 hours is the worst
✅Do 2 weeks before any major event
✅No dental work 2 weeks prior
✅No vaccines 4 weeks prior
✅Do not drink alcohol 3 days prior
✅Stop blood thinning vitamins/medications (fish oil, aspirin, nsaids, ginkgo) 1 week prior
✅Risks include vascular occlusion, bruising, swelling, lumps & bumps
