Just wanted to give everyone a quick heads up. At this time, I don't have much new to report. I hate giving dates because I've been missing those. I don't feel it will be much longer. Many of you have reached out either here or through email. It's a lot to stay up on and it's even trying my patience because I haven't been able to give you an accurate time frame. I want this behind me as well!

I can assure all of you this: if you've applied for a refund, you will definitely be getting it. I would've never offered one if I wasn't going to do it even though I'm not required by law to do so. In my opinion, it's just the right thing to do. Consequently, I want to make sure the refund goes to the correct person and without incurring any additional costs to me.

I'll do another post when the remainder of the refunds go out. Sit tight, be patient and it's all going to work out. I give you my word.

It's time to say goodbye...

I knew eventually this day would come but never really knew when. After much thought and consideration, I've decided to close Paradise. Our last day of operation will be December 14th, 2024.

Starting almost 24 years ago, it has truly been an honor and a privilege in being able to serve you and the community for this long. I was a young guy when all of this got started! Now, not so much... :) The relationships created over the years are deeply cherished and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am truly blessed.

As I told our team, everything has a lifecycle and it's simply time to move on. Grateful understates my experience here. I'm in a great place emotionally, mentally and physically and I'm looking forward to new experiences! (and retirement!!)

There are directions posted on our website on how you can get a refund on non-expired gift cards/certificates, Series of 6 or other account balances you may have.

I wish peace, prosperity and good health to you and your loved ones. Again, thank you. You've been amazing!
