To our Shear Talent & Paeonia Esthetics family,

First & foremost, as we prepare to reopen the Shop, please be patient with us… your Stylist, Nail Tech, & Esthetician… It will have been 8+ weeks we’ve been out of work. We’ve got 40-60 people each to reschedule. We will start making phone calls on Monday May 11th, & continue making calls throughout the days leading up to reopening on Friday May 15th! Know that your appointment may take longer than normal. Know that you may not be able get your normal standing day/time. Your standing root touch-up has turned into an 8-10+ week color correction. If any of you have used box color, be aware it may pose correction issues. Some of you may now be able to climb trees with your nails… It will be like starting from scratch. Pun intended. Your skin may be like the Sahara, in need of major hydration treatments… We’ll re-beautify you all, as soon as possible…

We love & miss each & every one of you. Because we love you, we want to be here for you… In order to do so, we must increase our prices across the board. This in an absolute necessity to survive our new normal. Our landscape has changed. Our policies are changing. Know that we will do our absolute best to service your needs in this new way.

We also want you to know about some of the measures we’ve taken to keep us all safe. We have staff members that have gone thru CEU online classes in COVID-19 sanitation. We will be using a spray cleaner called Nemesis, on surfaces before & after each client. We are fully cleaning & sanitizing the Salon. We will be discontinuing magazines, coffee, & cookies for now. I know… Now it’s really real.

We need your help implementing new policies. It’s now mandatory to wear a mask into the salon, & during your entire stay. We need you to arrive early & wait in your car. You will not be permitted to bring a guest into the Salon. Another way you can help us is by doing your part in supporting local. We hope that you think of us when you’re in need of new products. We may not be able to fully stock our retail shelves but we will be accepting your orders for fulfillment on any professional haircare, skincare, & nailcare needs.

We’re doing our best, & with your patience, understanding, & kindness, we will forge ahead… We want you in our chairs just as much as you want to be in them! We so very much look forward to seeing you! Even if we can’t see that beautiful smile upon your face, we will know they’re mutually hidden under our masks! Talk to you all soon… With our love,

To our Shear Talent & Paeonia Esthetics clients,
Your safety is, and always has been our top priority. We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and following the CDC and U.S. public health recommendations as they evolve. Due to the current extension of the "stay at home" order we will remain closed until at least May 1, 2020. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we look forward to seeing you again in May. All appointments booked before May 1st have been cancelled. Your stylist will contact you when we are able to re-open. Thank you for all of your support, and stay safe.
