Hey all, what'd I miss?!

Instagram and Facebook have been so glitchy lately and wouldn't post anything for me for so long, but I think I'm back! So let's start with these healed beauties. 💋

This beauty had darker, purplish lips and wanted them to look natural. We did a little neutralizing and here's the finished product. 😍

Subtle but makes a world of difference, don't you think?

I don't know if you see it, but that after glow hits a little different, don't you think?! I mean, WOW! 😍

As you see here, when we work on darker skintones, we don't just grab a black ink and slap it on your face, we try to match your brow hair and skin tone as close as we can to make them look natural. I added alot of warmth to make sure her brows looked soft and didn't heal ashy grey. Of course these are going to heal 30-40% lighter so we'll see if we need to go darker at the touch up. It's better to start lighter and go darker at the touch up since it's alot harder to lighten them up. 😉

As you see in this first picture, she had lost some of her border and wanted her lips to look fuller and defined again and that's exactly what we did.

As you age you lose collagen and color, which makes your lips look deflated and borderless. Lip blush helps redefine the border, which in turn gives your lips a fuller appearance, along with a boost of color. In the after pic your lips are typically a little swollen, which makes them look a little crazy sometimes, but the swelling typically goes down in a day or two.

In the second picture, that my client sent me, you will see that the swelling has gone down and she is left with a fuller, defined lip that isn't as crazy and dramatic as the fresh lips. She is 3 weeks out in the healing process so the color has dramatically calmed down.

If needed, she will come back between 6-8 weeks for her touch up, where we will fix any areas that may have healed lighter and add more color if needed.

So there ya go! Not as scary as you thought, huh?!

The fountain of youth is at it again! 😍

This beauty had old brows and eyeliner that needed refreshed, and I think it took YEARS off her face, don't you?

She wanted her brows to look warmer and not so light, so we gave her beautiful ombre powder brows in a soft brown, that will heal to a soft taupe.
What a difference that made!

What an amazing difference these made, honestly the pictures never truly capture how beautiful they are in real life! 😍

She had a few areas with some type of scarring that didn't take as well but we did a little microneedling to break them up and will get more in at the touch up.

You have to remember that permanent makeup is typically a 2 step process. Everyones skin is different, sometimes the ink goes in like butter, other times I feel like I want to jackhammer it in. 🤦‍♀️ It's all about listening to the skin, if it starts yelling at me, it's time to call it a day. No worries though, we always get it at the touch up!

*If you've been a sun worshipper then you'll probably have areas that are a little touchy. The sun is not your skins friend, at any age. So protect that face! 🌞
