Meet Owner & Hairstylist: Caity Wallace ✨

Caity started at Hair Sessions, fresh out of high school, in 2007. She and her husband purchased Hair Sessions in 2015 and then (through LOTS of prayer) moved and rebranded us to our beautiful Rooted & Refined Salon in May of 2025.🤎

“I’m passionate about helping women feel confident, cared for, and a little more like themselves when they leave my chair. I focus on creating natural, effortless hair with custom color, blonding, and lived-in techniques. One of the things I love most about what I do is the conversations and relationships built here.”

Meet Hairstylist: Molly McRill ✨

Molly is one of the OG’s around here, having worked at Hair Sessions since 2001 and now with us still at Rooted & Refined.

“Even with 25 years behind the chair, I can still say I love my profession! It brings me so much joy helping people feel their best. My passion is on helping people love their hair! I focus on using color techniques that look soft as they grow out and adding texture and dimension to help enhance their hair. It’s exciting when I can help my clients discover their natural curls or teach them how to style their hair so that they love it!”

Meet Hairstylist: Larissa Leonhard ✨

Larissa took the leap into booth rental with us at Hair Sessions in 2023. She then moved with us to Rooted & Refined which is conveniently close to home for her and where she originally started doing hair!

Meet Hairstylist: Jen Bachus ✨

After teaching cosmetology, Jen joined the Hair Sessions team in 2017 and moved with us to Rooted & Refined. Fun fact: two of her former cosmetology students are also Rooted & Refined stylists, Tiffany & Larissa!
