Hey yall! I don't post here often, but this meme was too relatable. I've been here and loving my job for 16 years now! The world is spiraling out of control. All the more reason to take time for ourselves. Set our intentions to stay grounded. Build ourselves up so we can carry the heavy load. It doesn't have to be with me! Just take yourselves somewhere and allow yourself some renewal. We need all hands on deck if we're going to persevere. Much love ❤️

Need a little rhomboid relief?
90 minutes open tomorrow! 5/24 @12:30!

Announcement!
I have been sponsored to give 10 no-cost massages to my local community. A philanthropic customer heard my wish to do more to counter all the negativity we are living with each day, and he bought a package to be given away!
I want to be fair in who benefits from this.
So for starters, we are looking for federal employees who've been fired due to this government takeover. Have you or a loved one had your position closed? Please be in touch and I will find an appt that works for you! Absolutely no cost.

Therapeutic Bodywork with Alison Luke, CMT, Doula Therapeutic Bodywork is not just a catchy phrase for your average massage. It’s a committment to treating your body in full. It literally is therapy for your body.

Friends! Have you voted Best Of Alameda 2024 yet? I'm so excited to be nominated Best Massage!
Anyone can vote, and I'd love yours! You'll find me under Beauty, Health, and Wellness.
Thank you, Alameda!
