One of the most common complaints I hear on a daily basis from clients is about pore size. I think there are a lot of misconceptions about pores, their function and what they actually do. But the truth is they are essential for skin health.

Your neck and chest will always tell the truth about your sun exposure… 👀☀️

We spend so much time protecting our face, but the neck + décolleté are often left behind—and they’re some of the FIRST places to show sun damage.

Here’s why SPF here matters just as much:

• The skin on the neck and chest is thinner and has fewer oil glands → meaning less natural protection and faster aging
• UV exposure breaks down collagen and elastin → leading to laxity, creping, and deep lines
• Up to 80–90% of visible aging comes from sun exposure
• Sun damage shows up as uneven pigmentation, redness, and that “mottled” look over time
• UVA rays (aging rays) pe*****te clouds AND glass—so you’re exposed even when you’re driving or it’s overcast

A topic I’ve been talking about a lot with clients lately. This is a a topic of acne that I think gets overlooked but plays such a huge role if a client is struggling to fully clear.

I’ve been encouraging clients to get blood work done if they can so we can have a clearer picture about what’s going on internally so we can treat the acne from not only a topical level but an internal level.
