Charis is a native New Mexican whose work centers on nervous system regulation and helping clients gently reconnect with their bodies. Her sessions are intuitive, compassionate, and fully tailored to you. She draws from modalities such as lymphatic drainage therapy, compression therapy, hot stone therapy, and hot/cold therapies—always with the goal of reducing stress and pain, improving mobility and circulation, and supporting your body’s natural ability to heal.
