NACHO CHEESE DORITOS MOZZARELLA STICKS🧀🧡💛
Ingredients:
Mozzarella string cheese
Eggs
Flour
Crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
Oil spray or oil for cooking
Marinara or nacho cheese, for dipping
Instructions:
Freeze the mozzarella sticks for 30–60 minutes so they stay firm while cooking. Crush the Doritos into fine crumbs.
Dip each cheese stick in flour, then beaten eggs, then Doritos crumbs. For a thicker coating, dip again in egg and Doritos crumbs.
Place on a tray and freeze for 20–30 minutes.
Air fry at 390°F / 200°C for 5–7 minutes, or bake at 400°F / 200°C for 8–10 minutes, until golden, crispy, and melty inside.
Serve warm with marinara or nacho cheese for dipping.
