I must say, in all of my attempts to lose weight, I have never experienced the scale not moving until now. I am truly moving by faith with several mistakes and a few inconsistencies sprinkled in between. This is truly “faithing it til I make it,” frfr (iykyk). One thing I CAN say is, whether you see the scale “move”(one way or the other) or not, if you keep showing up for yourself, those clothes are going to begin to fit differently and you’ll be moving down to the next size. I have been squezzing (I said what I said) into a size 12 for the longest and yesterday I slipped into my size 12 jeans with room to spare. I normally need a L shirt but I slipped into a M. I WILL continue this fight because I don’t have time to send myself down the road of an unhealthy future! All that being said, “WORKOUT COMPLETE!” Time to go make my green smoothie!

This school year has been one for the books! There has been much growth, enlightenment, struggles, wins and challenges! My Princess was new at her school yet still managed to make her mark! From being a Venture scholar to running for class President, to winning the school spelling bee… going on to win 4th in the county… stock market winner… literally the list goes on! I am so proud of her! The road has not been without flaws but God sure is good and He and He is merciful! Thank You Heavenly Father for Your gifts and Your grace! No more elementary school!
