LATE ARRIVALS- Please be courteous of the MUA’s time and arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late knocks the schedule off, and throws the makeup artist behind for the next client. After 10 minutes of waiting, there is a $10 late fee. NOT SATISFIED- No problem! As soon as you notice a discrepancy with your makeup, please let me know before you leave the premises and I can fix it free of charge. If you notice this after leaving the premises, I will be happy to give you a partial refund (15%). RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS- If you are wanting to reschedule, please let me know 1-2 days in advance. CONTACT TIME: Our availability is between 9am-5pm est. on Saturdays and Sundays unless stated otherwise by the MUA. Please do not contact until the next business day between these hours. COVID-19 SAFETY- If you have been exposed to COVID-19 30 days before the scheduled appointment, you will need to provide proof that you are no longer carrying the virus. All clients will have to pass a temperature reading, as well as arrive with a mask on. Please be assured all tools and the sitting area will be sanitized and cleaned appropriately. CLIENTS: repeat clients will have direct access to communicate with us via phone when they are provided with our business card. Clients will have direct access to contact the MUA. LAST MINUTE MAKEUP SELECTION CHANGE- Due to the MUA’s time being limited, you have to stick with the makeup appointment you originally select.
