Refund Policy
Our intent is for each customer’s satisfaction. Services (Hair, nails, waxing, etc.) received cannot be refunded
We will gladly adjust any service you receive within 3 days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair or nails can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your
satisfaction by rescheduling you at no additional charge to you.
2. Refunds will only be considered for products bought and if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. Refunds can only be processed with receipt.
3. No refunds are given for gift card orders.
4. Gift card orders are not exchangeable. Scheduling and Cancellations
1. You can give us a call at (909)219-3509 or email us at [email protected] to schedule an appointment.
2. We require a deposit of $10 for any nail and hair appointment made
on the APPOINTMENT ONLY days (Monday and Sunday).
3. Deposits are forfeited if you do not show up. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please inform us at least 24 HOURS in advance. You must notify us at least one week in advance for any package cancelation.
4. Deposits made go towards the cost of your service. Gift Card Purchase
1. Online gift card may not be redeemed same day as gift card purchase.
2. Any Gift Certificate or Gift Card will be expired in 1 year from the purchase date.
