It’s hard to believe that it’s been a year already. I put everything I had into starting this adventure, at times I wasn’t sure I would be able to pull it off. 365 days later and we are all still standing! I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish any of it without McMahon General Contracting working so hard to build my dream salon. Summer is a fun filled and busy time for most. Please keep in mind when you have upcoming appointments, or booking future appointments that you reach out with plenty of notice if you are needing to cancel or reschedule. Each rescheduled or canceled appointment takes away income from a service provider if not given more than 48 hours to fill that spot. It is very rare that I am able to fill a next day cancellation. I am always compassionate to client’s situations, summer time is busy and expensive for everyone. But please look ahead at your calendar and if you have conflicting appointments please get them moved sooner rather than later so that there is more than enough time to fill the open spot. Starting August 1st I will be implementing a cancellation policy. It will be stated on each appointment notification that is sent out. I have also adjusted out the reminder notification to give people a larger reminder window.
