Day 13 was a completely different story. It's one of those that sneaks up on you during the middle and you're like "WTH did I just get myself into?" 😂
It's 26 minutes of Cardio Flow- where Autumn incorporates moves to get your heart pumping and the repetitiveness of the moves combined makes you feel it all over. Even after the workout is complete.
For me it's a favorite- probably because of the fact that I always feel the fire the entire time, and because cardio always makes feel good.
Saturday was no joke. With it being St. Patty's day and having things going on in the morning and the afternoon, pressing play didn't happen until about 4-4:30- trust me I had ALL the excuses flowing through head- "Oh I can catch up tomorrow on rest day, it's no big deal, it's a quick workout I'll get it done quickly Tomorrow" - - -WRONG!!!! I told myself to suck it up lace up those shoes and bust out that workout and that's exactly what I did. You HAVE to be stronger than ALL those excuses, whether they seem valid at the time or not. Because you will ALWAYS feel better after you push through! Your own mind has to overcome each and every excuse and when you get into that mindset - A M A Z I N G things are bound to happen.
C H A N G E is bound to happen 👊
Days 12 & 13 from Friday and Saturday were something else. On Friday going 3 rounds of Leg Day was killer- especially after doing AAA the day before. The first round was good, felt stronger for sure- had to PUSH myself the second round and by the 3rd round I had all the excuses running through my head but didn't let them stop me. I made it my motivation to get it done- to finish every rep. To make it my motivation to finish the day and at the end of 50 minutes I not only over came all the excuses but I had day 12 ✔️ And felt it all!
There's something empowering about overcoming your own doubt, about going that extra mile to prove it to your self that you're capable of so much. My biggest competition was beat that day, and every single day I will continue to be better than the day before 🙌
AAA is a day that you grow to love and that's exactly how I feel about it now! ALL the feels working my Arms, Abs and A** this morning. It was three rounds working the NEGATIVE in the sense of concentrating on the eccentrics of each move. We used weights, sliders AND resistance bands and I'm getting more use to and better at working with them. I even DOUBLED UP bands for a few moves 👌 Week 2 - Day 11 and I'm already seeing progress in the mirror and within myself! A DANG good feeling 💪
As Autumn preached today about it's not about proving any one else WRONG- It's about proving it to YOURSELF that you CAN do it 🙌👊🙌
And trust me YOU CAN!!!!!!
B O O T Y D A Y 🔥🍑🔥
ALL the fire today. I felt amazing after that hour was done, because 1.) I already knew the moves from last week so naturally it just flowed better for me! 2.) it was an hour of working my a** off and we went through ALL THESE moves THREE TIMES!! Talk about feeling the burn 🙌

Today was day 6 and the final Workout day of week 1! Cardio Flow was EVERYTHING. Like all the moves combined were straight F I R E 🔥🔥 I've never done some of them - so don't hate on how horrible it looks - I still finished every move AND I'm sore as all get out plus was dripping sweat so I know I got in an AMAZING workout and I've got time to perfect the moves. I'm so thankful for the opportunity to have started this 80 Day Obsession. One week down and I'm learning to LOVE the process and trust in it fully. Didn't cheat on my nutrition- did every single workout and feel great- yeah it may only be week 1- but that's progress and I'm so ready to stretch it out tomorrow and get it started all over again on Monday!

LEG DAYS are my FAVE DAYS! And Day 5/80 Day Obsession did not disappoint. Allllll the squats and alllll the lunges 🍑 Giving me ALLLLL the feels!
3 rounds - 3 exercises per round - 15 reps for each move - Repeated. Freaking killer but so worth it.
I look nothing like the people in the video, my balance isn't perfect, one leg is def stronger than the other, my Buddha squats are very modified because of my bad knees BUT you know what? That's fine by me! Because today I am doing things I couldn't do yesterday. I'm being stronger than my excuses. And I'm bettering myself every single day!
Don't let what you THINK you can't do, keep you or stop you from the reality of what you really CAN do!
More than halfway done with week ONE!
To some that may seem minimal- but for this full time Mama it's all about progress and sticking to my goals 💪 Day 4 is dedicated to AAA(Abs-Arms&A**🙊) And let me tell you- I'm feeling all three of those areas like a M***a!!!!! Something Autumn said during today's 49 minute workout really got me- like GIRL YOU GOT THIS!!! And DANG I'm so much stronger than I was 7 months ago 😮 💪
It's the non scale victories like this is just another reason I'm so passionate about what I do and about helping others see how amazing it can be for them too.

There's a first time for everything- And today I got that tested to the max!
First time doing half of these moves AND first time testing out my Strength Slides 😍 I definitely don't have how to work them completely down but considering it was my first time- I'm not sweating it! However I was DRIPPING in SWEAT the entire time during that 40 minutes 💦 The most sweat since starting on Monday- and I loved all of it. I could feel every single cardio move, HIT move & ab move as I was doing it and it felt AMAZING!
Sticking to my nutrition, sticking to my timed eating plan and pressing play are my 3 necessities in being successful for the next 80 days and I've never been so focused on a goal since starting this journey!💪
Day 2/80 and B***Y Day complete and I've got all the feels back there 🍑😂
Rocked the first round with my green bands- then upped it to the blue ones for most of round 2 and I'm definitely feeling it now!
The fact that Autumn dedicates a whole 60 minutes to the b***y is just another reason why I love her!!! I was blessed with a b***y since birth but that doesn't mean I don't need to/want to work it! I was in my element today but I was also doing moves I've never done and feeling things I've never felt!
Day 2 is complete and I'm ready for day 3 tomorrow!

Day 1 of 80 is in the books and if today is any indication of just how killer and amazing the next 79 days are going to be I don't think I could get more excited! I've been reading others' stories and preparing myself by seeing others' transformations this far and they're only 6 weeks in and they are incredible . I'm so excited to see myself at that point. I'm so ready to push myself to stick with it, and challenge myself for 80 days!!!!!!!
Autumn and the team from 80 day Obsession had me laughing and pushing myself and before I knew it 60 minutes were up! Which is crazy considering the longest workout program I've done since joining bod was 45 minutes (week 3 of shift shop) it's definitely different- it is in NO WAY easy- but it was every bit worth it to begin this program TODAY! PLUS I'm really digging these bands! Don't get me wrong not every move you see below is me at my finest- but I will keep pushing until I get each move down and can rep these babies out like no other 💪
Hadn't gotten my 80 day Obsession package until yesterday afternoon so yesterday was all about ABC (Abs-Booty-Cardio) Another fave of mine from Autumn's 21 Day Fix Extreme and I loved every second. Even though my core was screaming at me practically the entire time from Thursdays workout, I knew it was a burn that I couldn't complain about do to the fact that I'm just one more workout closer to my goals.
If you ever think you can't do these things- you're wrong, like SO wrong. It's in your head you've just gotta dig down deep and let the change you want be bigger than your excuses. You CAN do anything you set your mind to👊
In preparation of starting 80 Day Obsession on Monday (FINALLY!!!!) I went into the BOD virtual library and did A Little Obsessed- Total Body Core! And it was EVERYTHING! These bands are no joke and I legit can't wait to get started on Monday.
It has been a little over 6 months on this new journey of mine- where I put myself, my health first. 6 months ago I definitely wouldn't have thought I'd be where I'm at now. Not just as far as the scale goes- but internally and mentally- am so much stronger- so much more capable of things I once thought I could not do. I love my able body- I'm obsessed with getting my workout in every day and am focused on my nutrition and FUELING my body with what it needs. Something I definitely couldn't have said 7 months ago.
It all started with a simple yes. When are you going to put your health first and say "YES" ?! If there was ever a time- it's NOW!
