Hi all!
Due to a painfully dislocated finger, I will be taking a break from practicing for at least the next six months.
We all know how good I am at deep tissue, and it’s just not possible right now. I have to rebuild my strength.

Early morning cupping.

Sometimes you’ve got to heal yourself.

Nearly five years ago in Brooklyn NY, this silly old man was offered chair massage from me and missed out. Don’t be like him - get a massage! (You can be like him in other ways, though, if you’d like - he’s obviously talented!) And - the offer still stands the next time you’re in upstate NY.

My second job is retail. And with spinal stenosis caused by disk herniation at L5-S1, I go home with daily pain on my hips. What’s a girl to do? Use her cups and pray for the best. Cups lift the skin up from the muscle belly, temporarily allowing a space for fresh blood to flood into the area and repair any stagnation currently there. It’s my favorite modality.
