I had so many people reach out after our first Wellness Tuesday Introductory Sound Bath Experience saying they either couldn’t make it or wished they could come back for another session. So I’m excited to share that we’ll be gathering again!

If you’ve been curious about sound therapy but weren’t sure where to start, this is the perfect opportunity. And if you’ve experienced a sound bath before, think of this as a gentle reset—a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect before life picks up its pace again.

• 6:00 PM
• 6:30 PM
• 7:00 PM

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow so you can settle in comfortably.

Each session includes:
🌿 A brief introduction to sound therapy
🎶 A calming sound bath
💛 A few moments of reflection before you return to your day
