I love the tools in this kit: the brush booster, pro blaster and mini 2. In this video I’m doing an upper body blast but I can easily do my whole body with these tools. I prefer the blasters that fit perfectly in the palm of my hand. I’ve been absent on my socials because we bought a house!

We just moved in and we are getting everything put away, painted and organized.

It’s A LOT yet oh so exciting!!

The launch of floss and flow has been delayed due to this move.

My yoga studio is currently being painted. Once the floor is installed I can resume filming for the floss and flow membership!
