Perimenopause: thin and lackluster skin. Going through Oerimenopause and Menopause we may experience thin and/ or lackluster skin. This is due to a lack of Collagen and Hydration. Implementing a retinoid or Tretinoin will help to stimulate Collagen, speed up cell renewal, thicken skin as well as address fine lines and wrinkles. It will also pave the way for an action serum with a peptide, Hyaluronic acid or Vit C which will help with hydration. Also a heavier cream or facial oil will help to layer hydration.
