I’m a hairstylist and nail technician, and I’ve been in the industry for 4 years here at The Level Beauty Co.! 💇‍♀️💅🏼

What I love most about this career is that it’s so enjoyable, it never really feels like “work” to me! My clients and fellow stylists make this the best industry I could ask for, and I’m so grateful to get to do what I love every day. 🤍

I truly believe that building both personal and professional relationships creates trust. By listening, connecting, and getting to know each client, I’m able to understand their unique style and create personalized services that make them feel confident and completely themselves.

She’s the kind of person who makes you feel right at home the second you sit in her chair! 🤍 She loves getting to know her clients, creating looks that feel uniquely them, and building genuine relationships along the way. After four years behind the chair, her talent and loyal clientele definitely speak for themselves! ✨

Unfortunately, she is no longer accepting new clients, but her existing guests are lucky to have her! 🫶🏼

Kellie is a hairstylist at The Level Beauty Co. Salon in Albany who specializes in curls and color and we are SO lucky to have her!

After spending 7 years in office careers, Kellie took the leap into hairstyling and quickly realized that this is exactly where she was meant to be. One year behind the chair and she is already so passionate about what she does! She loves getting to meet new people in the industry, connecting with every beautiful person who sits in her chair, and continuing to learn and grow every single day. 💇‍♀️✨

We absolutely love having Kellie around and watching her grow into the stylist she was always meant to be! ❤️‍🔥 Go show our girl some love!

Meet Justicia Krider🔥🔥

Justicia is a licensed hairstylist and esthetician who has been behind the chair for a little over 2 years! She has a huge love for alternative haircuts and color and is always down to get creative with her clients. Her favorite part of what she does is being able to create a safe space where people can come exactly as they are. 🏳️‍🌈🤍

Her go-to drink is either a Dr. Pepper or a crispy cold Peach White Claw, and her favorite colors are black and blue! 🖤💙

When Justicia isn’t at the salon, you can usually find her by the water with her dog, in a mosh pit at a metal show, or dancing her heart out at an EDM show. 🎶💃🏻

We love having Justicia around! She brings such a fun, creative, and unapologetically herself energy to the salon, and we’re so lucky to have her as part of our team! 🖤

Meet Reagan Lekkerkerker✨🤍🪩

What do you do: I’m a nail tech who specializes in structured manicures and Gel X :)

How long have you been doing hair/nails: I’ve been professionally doing nails since 2023! 💅

Fave drink: Almost anything iced, but my favorites are Diet Coke, pumpkin vanilla chai, or a strawberry coconut Red Bull! 🥤

Fave color: Just about any shade of blue or burgundy 💙🍷

When I’m not at work, you can usually find me creating fun, unique nail sets and bringing my clients’ ideas to life! I truly believe it’s not work when you’re doing what you love, and I’m so grateful to have such a creative career. I love a good freestyle set—you never know what you’re going to get from me… maybe chickens, maybe 3D caterpillars, but always something fun and full of personality! ✨

We are so excited to have her as part of the team! Her creativity, attention to detail, and passion for making every set unique make her such a fun addition to the salon. She brings so much personality into her work, and her clients are always in for a one-of-a-kind experience! 💕

Meet Jess Ferrel!!

What do you do: I do Nails!

How long have you been doing hair/nails: I’ve been in the industry for 3 years! 💅

Fave color: Silver 🤍

When I’m not at work, I’m usually hanging out with my man and my cat or adding another Juicy Couture piece to my collection! I love being in the beauty industry because I get to be creative every day while helping my clients feel confident and beautiful. One of my favorite parts of this job is building genuine friendships with the amazing people who sit in my chair!

We are so lucky to have Jess as part of the team! Her talent, creativity, and sweet personality make every appointment such a fun experience. We love the passion she brings into her work and the way she makes everyone around her feel welcomed and cared for! ✨

Meet Taylor Osgood!✨🌟

What do you do: Taylor is a Hairstylist & Esthetician specializing in healthy, lived-in hair and helping people feel confident and beautiful. How long have you been doing hair/ esthetics: She has been in the beauty industry for almost 4 years and absolutely loves the creativity, connection, and confidence that comes with what she does.

Outside of the salon, Taylor loves traveling, attending concerts, watching sunsets, and spending time in nature. She truly enjoys creating an experience where her guests can relax, feel cared for, and leave loving their hair.

Meet Neva McMahon! 🤍

What do you do: I’m a hairstylist and esthetician here at The Level!

How long have you been doing hair/esthetics: I’ve been a licensed hairstylist since 2000 and a licensed esthetician since 2016.

Favorite drink: Definitely coffee!

Favorite color: I love all the colors, but my go-to is usually black.

I truly love what I do! One of my favorite things about this industry is that every day is different. Whether I’m creating beautiful long layers, crafting fun short cuts, applying lash extensions, offering personalized anti-aging skincare treatments, or shaping brows and facial waxing, I love helping my clients look and feel their best. I’d love to welcome you to my chair or treatment table for a complete beauty experience!
