If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment, the deposit you made will be kept, and if a deposit was not made then the credit/debit card on file will be charged. If you are a no show, without an emergency a card MUST be put on file in order to reschedule. CANCELLATIONS
I require a 24-Hour notice for penalty free cancellation of appointments. Clients may cancel their appointments by calling or texting 229-894-3244. Clients who cancel less than 24-hours will be charged a cancellation fee. I do understand completely that things happened and emergencies do come up, and those will be exempt from the fee. PAYMENTS
