First time highlights for my daughter. I don’t typically suggest any sort of hair color for young girls, but this little lady has been waiting a long time and finally broke me down (with a little help from MaryEllen). I used a very gentle Goldwell Silk Lift and lifted her about two levels. Subtle but pretty!
