Nurturing Touch Massage

My approach to massage is to combine positive, loving, words of affirmation with nurturing healing touch. Nurturing touch, when administered with love and a healing intent, can be very powerful. Hands-on healing can rejuvenate the body and soul. What You Will Receive: in your session you will receive a consult before we begin, you can tell me any sore areas and briefly describe any current emotional challenges you are facing. I will provide 50 minutes of nurturing touch massage. For the first part, I use positive affirmations to combat negative thoughts in your mind & heal your heart from past wounds. The rest of the massage will be done in silence with the focus on nurturing, hands-on healing massage. I have very strong hands so you will specify if you prefer a deeper or lighter pressure. Afterwards we will have ten minutes to talk and connect on our experience. You will leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and comforted to your core.
