I found this picture from when I first started 505 Beauty Customs… 7 YEARS AGO and whewww. 😂 I had no idea what I was doing, I was working with what I had, learning everything the hard way and just hoping somebody would actually buy something from me.

Fast forward to now… I have my own little shop, more equipment than I know what to do with 😂, new products coming, almost 2,000 of you here, and somehow this little idea of mine just keeps growing.

It hasn’t been consistent. I’ve taken breaks. I’ve wanted to quit. Life has LIFE’D. But I’m still here. 🩷

And lately, I’ve fallen in love with creating again.

Just a little David appreciation post because apparently dating me comes with a full-time position he never applied for. 😂🤣

I swear I work this man harder at home than they do at his actual job.

And the funny part is, I am PAINFULLY independent. 😂 I will struggle, sweat, cuss, YouTube it, take it apart, put it back together wrong and damn near injure myself before I admit I might need help.

Meanwhile David just sits back and lets me do my little “I got it” routine until I finally hit him with…

“Baaaaabe… can you help me with ONE thing, REAL QUICK?” 😂

One thing is never one thing, and its definitely never real quick 🫣

Next thing he knows, he’s moving furniture, hanging pegboard, building something, fixing something I broke trying to do myself, reorganizing my newest idea and getting recruited into whatever project I decided absolutely HAD to happen that day. 😭😂

But jokes aside… I really couldn’t do half of what I do without this man.

You don’t just tell me you support me — you show me. You show up for my crazy ideas, my business, our family, my good days and my not-so-good ones. You let me be stubbornly independent while somehow always being close enough to catch me when I finally admit I need you.

There are so many things you do behind the scenes that nobody sees, and I probably don't say thank you nearly enough.

So thank you, babe. For believing in me, helping me build the things I dream up, and loving me through every version of myself. ❤️

The shed is currently giving organized chaos without the organized part 🫠

But seeing almost everything finally HERE?! 🥹 This idea is officially becoming real....
