I couldn’t help but feel this weird sense of guilt over the constant, inevitable amount of sun exposure I was getting. As an Esthetician my brain kept thinking about the sun damage but my heart was yearning for the outdoors. But after 8 years I’ve learned how to adapt to living both lives at the same time. You can still love the outdoors, take care of your skin and age gracefully at the same time. All you need is a really good SPF and a deep understanding of what the UV Index is ☀️
