struggle with imposter syndrome.
I couldn’t write newsletters when I started CHI Massage Therapy. It took 5 years to find comfort in writing.
Now I am about to publish my 3rd book.
I still struggle with recording myself. But I will find comfort in talking, just like I did writing.

I had a miscarriage this year and couldnt find anything on muscarriages that people shared. Unless it was an entire book I had to read. I needed help and I needed it right then. I hope this can be that book I needed for someone else.
