Today I almost didn’t post anything…
Between mom life, clients, and just feeling mentally drained, I sat there staring at my phone like… “I’ll just skip today.”
And honestly? Sometimes that’s okay.
But I’ve noticed something about myself…
When I skip one day, it turns into a few days.
Then a week.
Then suddenly I feel completely out of rhythm.
That’s the part no one really talks about.
Consistency doesn’t mean being perfect every day — it just means not disappearing on yourself.
What’s helped me the most is keeping it simple:
✨ Batch content one day a week
✨ Or take 5 minutes a day and just post something
Nothing crazy. Nothing overwhelming.
Just showing up.
Because every time I stay consistent, everything else feels easier — my content, my bookings, even my mindset.
