After spending hours doing this young ladies hair trying to get it exactly the way she wanted her new hair to look, I'm 🫩 exhausted. What a long day. But glad I had no one after her and had the time to complete the service. Drastic change but her hair felt amazing after chopping off the years of damage and billions of colors. She still has grown out color but we just added some blending highlights.

Before and after a big chop for this little girl she told me she wanted it short and that when she wore it with her curly hair routine it would be barely laying on her shoulders. Done she was so happy. Love love love her hair

Also, if you cancel an appointment on the client’s behalf, the fee will still apply, and if the appointment is left unmanaged or rescheduled, the fee will still apply as well.

To stay on top of this and prevent the new client fee to be charged incorrectly, the best ways are:

To mark the appointment as a no-show on the same day.

If someone is referred to you, add them manually and create the appointment for them instead of having them book through the Marketplace.
