One year ago in March, Pink Waxing Co. started with literally zero clients… and now we’re seeing months with over 350 unique individuals walking through our doors. 🩷

Pink Waxing Co. is growing — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to step into a leadership-style role within our luxury studio environment. We want someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere, takes pride in client experience, and helps elevate the energy of the entire team. 🖤

This is for the waxer who:
✨ Is confident in advanced hard wax services
✨ Can maintain professionalism while keeping the vibe fun, elevated, and welcoming
✨ Understands client retention, rebooking, and aftercare education
✨ Can help guide newer team members and maintain service standards
✨ Takes initiative, stays organized, and genuinely cares about the studio experience as a whole

REQUIREMENTS:
💰 Starting pay: $16–$18/hr depending on experience
✨ Minimum 3 years hard wax experience REQUIRED
✨ Lash artist experience is a HUGE plus
✨ Open availability
✨ Must be polished, dependable, driven, and team-oriented
✨ Must be comfortable with Brazilians, brows, full body waxing, client consultations, and retail recommendations
