The Foundation funds research that explores how massage therapy can help people manage pain, stress, anxiety, depression, and sleep difficulties, especially during times of physical or emotional hardship. The findings also help healthcare professionals better understand when and how massage therapy can be used as part of a safe, effective treatment plan.

One current study is investigating whether prenatal massage can help reduce postpartum depression, anxiety, stress, and pain while improving birth outcomes for under-resourced mothers.

We're so grateful to be part of a community that values wellness & education. Thank you for helping us support research that has the potential to improve lives.
