SPICY MILLET DRINK ( Lamugin )
INGREDIENTS: millet, ginger ,cloves dry chilli , african pepper and sugar.
INSTRUCTIONS :
- soak millet overnight, wash and chop ginger to enable easy blending.
- Add all spices in right proportion to washed millets in a blender add water and blend till it become smooth , sieve and add sugar to taste. 🥛
